Ryan Irwin is a Population Health Strategy Executive with Cerner and has a particular interest in primary care quality improvement, outcome-based care and population health management. He has wide experience across health and care strategy, development and delivery and has served as a director and non-executive director across public, private and third sector health and care organisations. Ryan has a clinical background with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy and academically holds an MSc., MPA and PhD across areas including health and care strategy, policy, management and quality improvement. Executive education has been gained in strategic management and healthcare economics at the University of Cambridge – Judge Business School and University of Oxford, respectively.
Dr. Melissa Wickremasinghe is a Consultant Respiratory Physician who specialises in Lung fibrosis (Interstitial lung diseases) and Sarcoidosis. She is the transformation Chief Clinical Information officer for personal health records at Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust and has developed the use of the Care information Exchange, a patient portal, across the Trust. Her interests are in developing patient centred pathways for respiratory diseases, particularly idiopathic Pulmonary fibrosis and also in patient centred outcomes. She has worked on supported self care management programmes and patient activation with NHS England. She also has interest in digital health literacy and supporting patient healthcare delivery and engagement through digital enablers including remote monitoring.
