Insignia Health partners with LivWorx to improve health outcomes and help close the health gap for minorities and underserved populations
The LivBetter™ program for health improvement incorporates the Patient Activation Measure® (PAM®) survey to increase patient activation, lower the cost of care and improve quality of life.
Insignia Health announces LivWorx, LLC as a key new licensee of Patient Activation Measure (PAM) technology.
LivWorx LLC, a Minnesota company, certified by the North Central Minority Supplier Development Council, is focused on the development of innovative healthcare programs for minority and underserved communities. PAM will be a foundational tool for its LivBetter program being deployed by the National Minority Health Association.
“We are very excited to be working with LivWorx as they build patient activation into their self-management and family support programs for minority and underserved populations. LivBetter with PAM is another great example of a value-based innovation to achieve lower cost of care and improved health outcomes,” said Chris Delaney, CEO of Insignia Health.
“Measuring patient activation with PAM has proven to be a key vital sign in identifying who can benefit most from personalized care and tailored support,” said Burgess Harrison, CEO of LivWorx. “With this added insight, we’re expecting the communities we serve to realize greater gains in activation to help close the healthcare gap.”
