​NHS England support of PAM® and CS-PAM® published in two new reports

The NHS England’s Person-Centred Care Team published two reports relating to patient activation and developing a self-care/self-management program.  

PAM report

Independent evaluation of the feasibility of using the Patient Activation Measure® in the NHS in England (Early Findings).

CS-PAM (Clinician Support for Patient Activation Measure) report:

How much do clinicians support patient activation? A survey of clinician attitudes and behaviours towards people taking an active role in their health and care.
