PAM® survey included in a Framework for Accountable Care Measures according to Health Affairs

The framework includes measures for health outcomes, patient experience and per capita expenditures.  PAM is listed as a key “Experience” measure for determining “Whole Person Orientation – Patient Activation.”  The patient-reported data in PAM and other experience measures are critical determinant for helping ACOs develop a common infrastructure for quality improvement and patient engagement.
