Rodger joined Insignia Health in September 2008 to lead Sales and Account
Service. Prior to joining Insignia, Rodger was a Sales Director at
Metavante, a leader in banking and payment technologies. In this position he
brought to the health plan and TPA markets a product portfolio that included
healthcare debit cards, eligibility ID cards, Health Savings Accounts and
other financial products.
Before Metavante, Rodger spent 12 years in the Pharmacy Benefit Management
industry. From 2000 - 2005, he was the Medco National Account Executive
assigned to Definity Health. In this role, Rodger helped create Medco's
Consumer Driven Health Team, which served more than one million members by
the end of 2004.
Rodger received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of
